Intake Representative

As an Intake Representative, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, process new leads, and qualify them based on specific criteria. Passion and eagerness to learn are essential—experience is a plus, but drive is crucial!

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

· Process and qualify new leads using our established guidelines.

· Make and receive calls to engage with potential clients and help hit our goals.

· Develop a strong understanding of the VA claims process.

· Communicate effectively and maintain high-quality interactions.

· Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications:

· Eagerness to learn about the VA claims process.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· A driven, goal-oriented attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.

· Ability to thrive in a remote, team-oriented environment.

· Experience working with veterans is a plus.

Compensation:

· Pay: $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience.

· Additional compensation available for achieving KPIs and goals.

· Benefits: Available after 90 days.
