Fee Structure:
Fees are applicable only if the Client wins on the first submission of each claim after engaging with ForTheVeteran. These claims may include new claims (initial claim or claim for increase) or supplemental claims (claim to re-open).
Review Process:
All decisions regarding the applicability of fees are individually reviewed by management. We assess each case meticulously to determine if fees are warranted based on the successful outcome of the claim.
Discrepancies and Refunds:
If you believe that your invoice is inaccurate or if you are entitled to a refund for a payment already made, we encourage you to reach out to us at support@fortheveteran.com. Our dedicated support team will promptly address your concerns and strive to provide a resolution within three business days.
