Client Care Advisor
At ForTheVeteran, we’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Care Advisor to join our mission of helping veterans navigate the VA disability claim process. In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our clients—building meaningful relationships, answering questions, maintaining organized records, and ensuring each veteran receives the care and attention they deserve. The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment while upholding the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
Primary responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships with veterans who are navigating the often stressful and confusing process of VA disability
Responding to client questions via multiple communication methods
Maintaining an organized and detailed CRM with confidential client information
Handling administrative tasks within the company and our various departments
Critical Skills & Other Requirements:
A genuine desire to help disabled veterans.
Detail-orientation and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects.
Self-motivated, especially in a remote environment, with strong time management skills.
Technological proficiency and the ability to patiently guide clients through technological challenges.
Consistently outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A high degree of ethics and confidentiality including HIPAA compliance.
Must be professional, courteous, and sensitive to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation:
Starting compensation for this position will be between $17 and $20 per hour depending on experience.
